| In the past, ignorance and fear have acted as a curtain when dealing with the health issues that face our breed. Modern veterinary science, with the aide of more sophisticated equipment, is only now beginning to research the issues we face. If all of us - breeders, owners & veterinarians - are willing to face the health issues, together we will slowly be able to see each other as helpmates and not adversaries. The Bouvier Health Foundation was created with two purposes in mind. First, BHF is to distribute information that would benefit Bouvier breeders and owners alike. Secondly, we must raise the money to fund research projects. BHF hopes you will support our fundraising activities and find gifts and items here for yourself and the other Bouvier lovers in your life. |
